A2Z, a supplier of special purpose filter manufacturing and testing equipment, showcased its Mini Pleat Blade Pleating line at FILTECH. The line features a hot-melt application process with continuous, intermittent and spot beading for various panel, cylindrical and conical filter applications. Featured models have a working width range from 12 inches to 60 inches and pleat depth range from 7mm to 200mm. Mini Pleat Blade Pleating offers the ability to work with a variety of media, including glass fiber and synthetic; the ability to save 2,500 recipes, allowing for multiple combinations or parts to be produces; a flexible design; and the ability to monitor, record and change process parameters and production parameters remotely via internet connection.
A2Z also showed its Intelligent Servo Filter Framing lines, Intelligent Blade Pleaters with a working width of up to 3000mm, Felt Forming Machines, Automatic Seam Lock Machine, and its Ultrasonic Sealing and Cutting Machine.
