The PrimeFilter D disc filter from ANDRITZ is designed for thickening and fiber recovery. It is suitable for all system applications for a variety of pulp types. It offers HHW technology for feeding and flow conditions within the filter, allowing for a higher feed consistency and higher-freeness pulp. The PrimeFilter D also features CC bagless sectors and two-level shaft sealing. The CC bagless sectors offer homogeneous fiber mat build-up, as well as fast mat knock-off while reducing maintenance time.
